  • Leave Rules

     

    1. A pupil who has been absent on the Previous day will not be admitted to the class without producing leave application duly signed by the parent/guardian.
    2. No leave is granted except on prior application from the parent/guardian for plausible reasons (Leave more than two days should be sanctioned only by the principal) . Less than 80% attendance without plausible reason disqualifies the student from academic promotion.
    3. Pupils must make special efforts to make up for the work missed during their absence from the School. It is teachers help- parents responsibility.
    4. Repeated and unexplained absence for more than six consecutive days renders the pupil liable to his name being struck off the rolls.
    5. All are expected to attend School on the opening days after each Vacation.
    6. In case of sickness, pupil must present a medical certificate before he/she is admitted to class.
    7. Pupils suffering from the following diseases must observe the prescribed period of quarantine before returning to class.
      1. a) Chicken Pox Till complete falling of Scabs
      2. b) Cholera Till the child is completely well
      3. c) Measles Two weeks after the rash appears
      4. d) Mumps Until the swelling has gone (a month)
      5. e) Whooping Cough Six weeks.
